Job Code: 16903 Location: The ISV Principal Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for revenue growth and development of ISV activities as well as helping to drive sales and sales engagement with their Area sales team. This role is also responsible for directing the activities of ISV Sales Engineer in their Area, setting strategic direction and developing, leading and managing projects of medium to large scope

Responsibilities
* Proven ability to network, hunt for and manage executive relationships * Work closely with the sales organization leaders to significantly leverage highest-value ISV’s as part of overall Company's strategy. Drive America’s pipeline * Be a partner relationship manager internally and externally. Support and service other Company's organizations (Product groups, Corporate Marketing and Development, CTO Cabinet, Geo Sales, CCS, Executive, others as appropriate). * Work with upper echelon ISV partners to incorporate Company's technology into their service offerings * Directly engage sales organizations on account opportunities. Manage and track partner opportunities as part of partner business plan. * Execute against goals and expectations that exceed team and Company's corporate objectives. * Develop and execute specific partner & business plans for designated partners that exceed team goals. * Maintain, manage, and execute budget for designated ISV partners and team on timely, effective & accurate basis. * Manage process of getting ISV integrated with Company's offerings and follow through to be sure that effective go to market actions take place to promote the combined solutions. * Supervise team members and oversPartner Manager-Mumbaiee their deliverables. * Set strategic direction for Partner Relationship Managers and influence strategic direction of partners
Requirement: Minimum 10 years experience in sales, consulting, business development, and/or relationship management in computer hardware, software or data networking industries.
* Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. * Proficient computer, communication, and presentation skills a prerequisite. * Proven ability to work within and across teams at manager, director and executive levels, with ability to develop, manage and lead projects. * At least one certification from the partners being managed, where available.
