Expectation and Tasks

    * Work with the customer/prospect to understand the business issues, critical processes, future business plans and the customer/prospects eco-system so as to derive a clear and compulsive value proposition to deploy and leverage SAP business solutions to achieve organizational goals.
    * Present and position SAP solutions and service offering both at a generic business level as well as for specific business need of a customer/prospect
    * Demonstrate end to end business processes, as well as ability to configure the SAP system and demonstrate complex customer specific scenarios
    * Work closely in a team by forming virtual teams comprising of sales, consulting , Value Engineering and the partner community to ensure high quality and effectively of customer/prospect engagements
    * Anchoring the customer relationship from a solutions perspective and be a single point of contact wherever required
    * Be a trusted advisor to the customer and help realize the best value from investments in SAP’s solution
    * Participate in partner enablement programs and continuous collaboration with the industry teams, development teams and solution management teams
    * Participate in industry forums and conduct road shows and seminars for focus groups either independently or in conjunction with partners to disseminate information on SAP solutions to the industry

 

Educations and Qualifications - Skills and Competencies

    * A post graduate with specialization Customer Relationship Management, Logistics - Sales & Distribution. The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience of which at least two- three years should be in architecting and implementing integrated customer relationship management and Sales and Distribution management processes
    * Having worked on SAP solutions would be an added asset
    * Have a good grasp on fundamentals of customer facing processes apart from a good understanding of Industry best practices in business and the emerging trends in CRM domain.
    * Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience in handling C- Level engagements. Ability to work in teams and network with sales team and the partner community to work on opportunities
    * An excellent listener with a passion to continuously learn and leverage the customer experience in a cumulative fashion
    * Ability to think on your feet and a “Never Say NO” positive attitude
