Purpose & Objectives-
The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Director is to lead, drive, and develop the Inside Sales eCentre towards the achievement of all sales and operational targets in line with the business objectives.
Expectation & Tasks-
o Fully responsible for all aspects of Inside sales Operations, with a focus on Sales Performance. o Manages relationships with key stakeholders across different LOBs; o Shares and leverages best practices with regional Inside Sales teams; o Owning the overall Territory coverage Plan and the roll in order to make sure that the territory is being approach efficiently to reach revenue and profitability goals o Identify future growth areas for Inside Sales; o Understands and influence the broader organizational GTM model. Integrates Inside Sales in the country GTM model; o People management: + Develop team members and coaches them for success. + Performs personnel management activities for staff including recruitment, training, and salary management; + Enforces performance standards and holds employees accountable for providing solid performance levels that meet or exceed expectations o Business acumen: + Develop relationships with partners and customers; + Understands target markets (industry, geography and LOBs), solution offering strengths, references, partners and competitive landscape. o Drive sales excellence among team members (standard sales methodology, forecast accuracy); o Demand generation: Ensures the development of an effective Sales Initiative plan, verifies resource allocation, and supervises execution. Ensures appropriate pipeline coverage and lead flow. o Maintain open communication and provides direction to ensure that all strategic and operational requirements and business goals are met. o As necessary, manages field resources or partners to perform sophisticated or complex transactions o Participates in change management, performance reviews, and all Inside Sales planning sessions.
Work Experience- o 12-18 years of overall management experience, minimum 3 years tele-sales experience with a well-established company o Minimum 2-5 years of enterprise software sales experience. o Experience of sales & account management for IT offerings o Experience of selling through partners
Education & Qualifications / Skills and Competencies- * Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science/Customer Service/Administration preferred) * Fluent in English and local language * Sound software contracting management knowledge and upgrade processes/scenarios, Industry/Vertical-specific experience as appropriate * Excellent working relationships/communication skills * Demonstrated planning and management skills
Travel- * Travel may be required.
