Job Title: Product Manager – Messaging and Call Management

Location: Gurgaon

Objective: Facilitate Pre Sales and Product Development

Key Responsibilities
 - Telecom VAS product development & conceptualization
 - Driving product roadmap and product strategy for multiple products
 - Managing functional, technical and operational requirements & creating MRDs / PRDs
 - Interacting with clients for scoping and implementation requirements
 - Managing user experience and user interface design
 - Create product presentations & documents
 - Participate in responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP and pre-sales engagements
 - Product segmenting and competition analysis

Desired Profile
 - Sound knowledge and experience of telecom VAS products for emerging markets
 - Good understanding of Content Delivery Platforms, Social Networking Applications and Mobile Applications
 - Understanding of integration with messaging platforms for SMS, USSD, MMS
 - Understanding of integration with charging gateways, post paid & prepaid systems
 - Understanding of APIs for social networking application
 - Very strong product management & technology experience
 - Ability to interact with operators, business and technical teams
 - Candidate should be flexible and expert in multi tasking
 - Excellent communication and documentation skills are required

Experience: 5 -7 years

Qualifications: BE / MBA

Travelling: 20%-30% travelling is required

 - Excellent communication and documentation skills is required
