Provide assistance to professionals by answering Global Support inquiries via a mailbox Record escalations via the call management system Remedy Remedy ticket reporting Production issues management tracking Management of global mailboxes - includes responding to incoming emails and acting upon the requests/queries, categorizing email in subfolders, managing size of mailbox and archiving email.
Educational Qualification:- MBA graduates / Bachelor 's Degree -Specialization in Commerce or Computer Science
Essential Skills:- Good command over Spoken English, Good writing and communication skills Should have exposure in handling or making international calls to end users across geographies Good Exposure to MS Suite with hands on experience on MS Outlook application
Good Analytical Skills, Research skills - detail oriented
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and MS Outlook Experience with application implementation and support procedures, Experience with Net Meeting Sensitivity and knowledge of privacy and security rules, Solid understanding of proper business etiquette 2-3 yrs of relevant work experience in case of hiring Bcom Graduates
Competencies:- Ability to respond to support inquiries in a logical, concise manner and format Ability to interact with all levels of Management Ability to prioritize and facilitate assignments with minimal supervision Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team
