Good working experience in Provisioning, Order Management (OM) / Inventory Management (IM), Number Mana gement System (NMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Dealer Management (DM), Document Management System (DMS), Service Delivery Platform (SDP), Value Added Services (VAS) and Self Care domains ? Should have very good verbal/written communication & presentation skills. Very good negotiating, convincing, networking and delegating skills ? Ability to deal with multiple Stakeholders within W ipro (inter-team and intra-team coordination) and the customer organization ? Ability to work with a diversified team, manage large team of size 60 ? 80 people, manage and provide effective guidance to the team members ? Should have experience in efficient handling of customer requirements, concerns, escalations and set expectations accordingly ? Should have up-to-date status on the activities in his/her areas of responsibility ? In-depth understanding of processes, systems and technologies used in Telco ? Proven track record on SLA adherence and compliance to quality process
Roles & Responsiblities JD for Operations Head (SCS) Role Description: The Operations Head (Subscriber Centric Services) in Gurgaon will report into Operations Applications Head, and will be responsible for the Subscri ber Centric Services (SCS) of Provisioning, OM/IM, NMS, CRM, DM, DMS, SDP, VAS and Self Care domains. The role will manage these teams through the respective Program Managers of these domains in the central operations and act as the SPOC for all the technical issues/escalations. Responsibilities: ? Manage daily operations in Provisioning, OM/IM, NMS, CRM, DM, DMS, SDP, VAS and Self Care app lications. Keep close track of activities and pain areas ? Should provide accurate status to Wipro management & Customer, and bring up risks/issues internally before being escalated and provide resol ution ? Coordinate with other teams (both within Wipro and Customer) and interface with third-party vendors wherever required regarding problem resolutions ? Provide proper updates to senior managem ent on critical tasks and timely alerts (24 X7, if required) on key risks/issues & major potential escalations ? Responsible for Customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction as well ? Ensure 100% achievement as per agreed SLA target limits and no slippages ? Enforce process compliance, work discipline and operational efficiency improvement through best practices
