Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Sales, Practice and Delivery of MSBU.
2. Will carry the revenue responsibility of around 75 Crores INR. Geography coverage will include India and Middle East.
3. Responsible for resource Management. Partner resources mgmt. End to end responsibility wrt MSBU , right from Sales , Pre sales , practice development, people development, Delivery, C-sat and Profits
Competencies:
* Exp in SW delivery and should have Program managed projects
* Deep understanding of MS Technologies.
* Customer facing skills
* Sales acumen and willing to drive things hard
* Lead a team
* Revenue orientation
* Overall a business role with high growth potential
* BE/ MBA with 15 Years of exp in similar profile/industry
