Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

   1. Own the target numbers and the team in achieving quarter numbers across all practices.
   2. Own the customer relationship at CXO level and position WCS offering.
   3. Work with all the practices collaboratively in creating right propositions for the identified verticals and identified customers.
   4. Should be able to interface with the regional structure and create a pull for WCS in all the medium and large size deals.
   5. He/She will be based out of Mumbai and manage West and South region

Competencies:

    * Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving  
      Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solving and strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions.  Candidates should have an aptitude for analytical concepts and thinking.
    * Business acumen and IT knowledge

    Strong business development skills. Must have an understanding of current market trends, risks and prevalent technologies used in the industry.

    * Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and social networking skills  
      Polished verbal and written communication style. Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with project teams and the client.
