Location: Our client a Global leader in ECommerce, is on the look out for a Techno functional leader to lead the business operations for one of their product lines.
Position:Head-Digital operations
The team is responsible for providing operational support to the process for converting and delivering digitized content on the site. This team works on several projects and initiatives including content quality, metadata quality, content editing, copyright checking etc., which are all critical processes responsible for ensuring a rich customer experience .The charter of this position is to own and manage this team, ensure execution and delivery of ongoing operations and projects, and improve processes and systems so that the organization can move to a low or zero touch operational setup. The client is looking for seasoned managers with technical acumen as well as a strong operational and people management bias for this position.
Location: Chennai
-Candidates from premier engineering colleges with a Bachelors’ and a Post Graduation in Management is a must
-Background in Operations management, delivery /program management of large projects with 100+ teams in needed
-Experience in driving day today SLA driven business operations environment
-Strong knowldge and experience of quality processes and concepts like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen mandated.
-overall experience of 10 to 14 years
