Job Description :

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

Provides leadership for Account delivery team managing customer satisfaction, delivery communications, ensure regular reporting on service delivery performance

Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence Contract Management authoring and synchronization of Statement of Work (SOW), Periodic review & updates through Change Process

Manage the delivery commitments of the Global Delivery Centre according to the contract or SOW Cost/ Recovery and Financial Interlock Management

Owns cost & recovery Ensure availability of relevant financial interlocks (ICAs) with sending geography and ensure adequacy of funding

Ensure accuracy in Billing & reporting - Review, plan & approve infrastructure requirements for account Responsible for service delivery audit readiness Ensures Compliance to all Business

Controls activities, Regular mentoring/ guidance to account-resources on Compliance

SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT:

To ensure adherence to SLA and drive Productivity across Sales and Service parameters and contribute to the final value of the services provided to the clients.

Responsible for service quality, service delivery performance and drives service excellence Committed to meet the clients’ needs and provide effective and timely delivery.

Escalation on Non adherence of Service Standards and Sharing of Product, Process Changes

Provides client with a single point of escalation, coordinates smooth service delivery, assists with technical problem resolution and presents you with a monthly service report.
