SUMMARY OF JOB:
Primary Skills: Oracle Application 11.5.10.2 for all financial modules.
Secondary Skills: PL/SQL language
Desired Knowledge: Dataloader, Toad, Sql Navigator, Remedy.
Experience: Atleast 7-8 years in IT.
Relevant: Atleast 3 years in Oracle Application.
* This position requires an individual with a strong blend of Oracle Application skills and business process knowledge along with the ability to analyze end-user requirements to program and develop systems through to completion.
* The role is to provide Sr. Business System Analyst for Oracle e-business Finance Module.
* Required knowledge on Support
o Extensive knowledge on GL,AP,AR,FA,PA.
o Month end closure experience.
o Clearing the Interface tables.
o Handling daily issues.
* Good Experience in AIM Methodology.
* Working on system changes, testing & new functions implementation.
* Will be responsible for understanding the requirements, architecture, design, development, testing the implemented instance

JOB COMPETENCIES
EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
Bachelor Degree: Business, Engineering or Computer Science
EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
6 years experience in a similar role without a Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
4 years experience in a similar role with a Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:
•5 - 8 years design and development experience in Notes/Domino
•5 - 8 years design and development experience in Lotus Script
•3+ years design and development experience in Javascript
•3+ years experience designing and developing Web Based Applications utilizing Domino
•3+ Years experience eliciting and documenting functional requirements.
•Demonstrated Enterprise Solution Architecture experience.
•Demonstrated experience with UML and OO methodologies
•Demonstrated project management, problem solving, analytical and time management skills
•Demonstrated understanding of software engineering methodology across the complete software development lifecycle
•Ability to work as part of a Global Team, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
•Experience in Domino Administration a distinct advantage
•Experience in design and development in Java/J2EE
•Experience in design and development in AJAX
•Experience with manufacturing /supply chain processes a distinct advantage
