"The Recruiters" has been in the recruitment business since the past 5+
years now. The Recruiters specializes in offering Recruitment Solutions, we
cater to companies typically in the services sector, sourcing candidates at
the middle and the senior management levels. We are based out of MGF
Megacity Mall, Gurgaon.
Currently, we have an exciting opportunity with a Leading International BPO
based out of Gurgaon.
Company Profile : A Leading International BPO based out of Gurgaon.
Role :Assistant Manager - Pre sales
Key Responsibility Areas :
* To provide sales and marketing support to various business Geographies of
the company.
* The support activities would include, but not limited to, RFPs, RFIs,
Presentations, costing and pricing, Solution designing etc
* To work closely with the respective Geo BD teams in closure of deals
* Provide direction and assistance to Inside sales team in lead generation
* To manage client visits at our India facilities and prepare presentations
* To conduct competitive research across the BPO industry and also across
various verticals and horizontals.
Desired Candidate Profile :
* Graduate/ Preferably an MBA, with min of 4 years of experience in a
Presales and marketing role in a BPO.
* Hands on experience in Proposals (RFI/RFP), presentations to prospects.
* Good understanding of various outsourcing & off shoring models.
* Desired experience in ITO+BPO solution designing
* Excellent presentation and conversational ability
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
