Job Title : Practice/ Program Manager - Oracle Retail
Location : Pune/ Hyderabad
Education : Engg/ MBA/ MCA/ PGDCA
Experience : 10 - 15 Years
Skills Requirements & Job Profile :
1. Respected by the team and helps to set overall direction and objectives of the Quantum Solution Center. Must promote the Quantum Solution Center to the rest of the company.
2. Advocates the Quantum Solution Center within company and potentially to external clients / prospects. Possesses the ability to grow the Quantum Solution Center as more than just a development organization but rather a true Solution Center of the company.
3. Connected to the inside network and understands how to accomplish initiatives within that network. Able to leverage company expertise on initiatives to substantially move the Solution Center forward in terms of capabilities.
4. Proven success in building highly efficient and effective teams. Ability to track hours, skill-sets and manage knowledge transfer activities to get resources up to speed and delivering according to Quantum processes and standards.
5. Understands the nature of Software Development Life Cycle and supporting services required of a software product development and implementation center. Not expected to develop but rather understand the technical nuances of development.
6. Must understand retail concepts in order to build confidence. Not expected to be a retail guru.
