Responsibilities:
1. Articulate and evangelize the proposition of Total Outsourcing
2. Benefits of TOS and long term outsourcing contracts
3. Create business - IT alignment practice. Create business linked KPI's for identified verticals (Banking, Insurance, Retail etc.).
4. Create financial models (e.g. transaction based) and risk management practices linked to KPI's.
5. Build service assurance practice to deliver business KPI's
6. Build Enterprise IT architecture aligned with business KPI's in identified verticals
Competencies:
1. BE + MBA - From premier institutes
2. Experience in Bundled contracts (Infra + Apps) value proposition articulation / practice building / business KPI linkage
3. Should have won / led in winning at least 2 long term contracts with business aligned KPI's with innovative financial models of at least $50 Mn. TCV
4. Should have appreciation for Business processes + technology + financial models
