Roles & Responsiblities
? Achieve the new sales (booking) target ? using a direct sales team ? Achieve the regional P&L of the SI business for the region ? Review & Manage the service levels for all projects through servic e delivery manager and PM?s ? Review project health dashboard and critical projects for proactive control on Customer satisfaction and delivery excellence ? Ensure control on financial operational p arameters ? Manage inter-team relationships with other business teams ? Build strong performing teams within the region, across practices and skill levels ? Manage partner and vendor engagements
