Salary
Manager - 8 Lacs per annum to 15 Lacs per annum
Sr. Manager - Upto 22 Lacs per annum

Experience (Minimum 3 years in Presales & BD)
Manager - 6 years and above
Sr. Manager - 8 years and above

Shift timings
Generic shifts - Flexible desired. Otherwise it would be from 10:30 to 7:30. Calls etc and in which geography determine work timings otherwise.

For Mumbai - Pre sales heads of each vertical

- Creating and Mapping Service offerings/solutions based on client requirements – Media, Content, Publishing
- Processing Documents include Proposals-Bids / RFP-RFQ-RFI- PQQ-EOI- Response /SOW / SOP / Contracts
- Own the Bid Management Process  – Solutions & Presales
- Bid /Proposal Project Planning / Mapping Service Offerings with the Request and Creation of RASCI
- Creation of Meeting Schedules & Deliverables Calendar
- Organizing & Following-up Bid/Proposal Meetings with Agenda – Bid-No Bid, Kick-Off, Review, War room
- Creation of Proposal-Bid-Response Templates / Responsibility (Stakeholders) Matrix / List of attachments
- Coordination with geo spread stakeholders for content & input for the Proposal-Bid-Response Compilation
- Solution Design and Resource Mapping based on RASCI
- Estimation and Pricing of Project deliverables with the support from Delivery & Finance
- Field & Delivery Coordination and Collaboration – Onsite – Offshore
- Coordination for Questionnaires/Bidder Conference/Due Diligence with client & internal stakeholders
- Creation of Proposal-Bid Defence Presentation / Negotiation Support
- Supporting in Due diligence / Pilots / POCs / Shadow Production / Transition
- Client Relationship Management / Client Visit Management
- Working with onsite/offshore Sales/Domain teams for creating new service offerings based on market potential and customer demand
