We are trying to identify a dynamic individual to lead and develop the aftermarket division for a German MNC manufacturing automobile accessories. This more of a strategic position which be responsible for managing Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, HR in an Aftermarket environment
The company is one of the leading names in electrical and electronic control systems in automobiles and is a tier 1 supplier to some of the top German automobile manufacturers. Their presence in the Aftermarket segment in India has been limited and they are now looking to grow this segment of the business.
Management of Profit Centre : Putting together Sales and marketing strategies and implementing the desired action to achieve the top line and bottom line planned for the SBU. Taking overall targets into account in order to exploit the market potentials of new and existing aftermarket optimally.
Implementation of marketing/sales concepts : Supporting sales organizations in existing and new markets, agreeing measures and targets for agreed sales and marketing concepts, taking
Optimum logistics/supply chain into account in order to develop market potentials/sales and exploit yield potentials as well as possible compliment these strategies with Product Management initiatives.
Business Plan : Planning, agreeing and passing the sales budget and cost budget, specifying the advertising budget in co-operation with the sales companies, agencies and customer /target group marketing in order to influence defined target groups, secure the best possible exploitation of market potentials and secure achievement of the agreed targets
The incumbent will also be responsible for reporting and managing the support functions (HR/Finance)
Budgets – Upto 18 lakh pa
