Position: Business Manager
Candidate profile:
* Typically a relevant university degree or a MBA qualification.
* Communication skill in writing and presentation.
* 5 -8yrs overall work experience.. With at least 4yrs prior experience in IT Solution selling and domain experience in BFSI/ Banking/ Finance/ Insurance.
* Excellent sales track record for last 3 to 5 years i.e. he should have overachieved his numbers by 120% in last three years
Job Description :
* This position is responsible for developing new clients and growing and maintaining existing clients for the client and products by researching and identifying opportunities in a market segment and developing an understanding of the concept of solution selling in order to achieve sales target objectives.
* the key responsibilties would be :
* Analyse trends to identify opportunities for new clients.
* Prepares and works with Strategic Opportunity Plans, Tactical Evaluation Plans for Strategic Enterprise Accounts
* Sets goals and objectives based on evaluation of account or industry potential or marketing program plans for specific products and/or industries.
