My client is a global leader in IT hardware and software services. They have a critical requirement for sales professional
Title: Sales Manager –Strategic deals
Location: Open at the moment as the person could be based in any metro in India
Educational Qualification: BE, MBA
Years of experience: 14-18 years of work experience
Job Description:
The person would be responsible for Sales for large deals of outsourcing nature; typically deal sizes of $100M++ (demonstrable track record) The person should have good understanding of Outsourcing market with exposure to any domain like FSI, MDI, Telecom, etc. in India. Should have excellent account relationship skills at CIO and upwards Should be able to articulate the entire portfolio and have a good understanding of selling deals, which have complex commercial and contractual construct. Global or regional experience might be an advantage but should have very good understanding of the India market Should have knowledge of at least 1 domain like FSI, Manufacturing or Telecom. Ideally a generalist with good understanding of any one domain. Driven and self motivated candidate who can discuss business strategy and translate that into a business case for a custom
