Candidates for this position will be responsible for functional solution design, architecture and delivery of Demantra planning solutions. Candidates for this position will be responsible for providing expertise in Demantra planning best practices, Hi-tech industry requirements in the SCM track and information technology disciplines for the success of Demantra application (11i & R12) implementation and support engagements. In addition the candidate will be responsible for revenue growth and profitability of the account/competency. The candidate will also need to drive the new RFP management and presales by effective stakeholder management.
Required Skills:
· Should have minimum of 18 years experience in the area of Hitech and Oracle Application implementation (SCM, Finance, Planning domain) with a minimum of 10 years in Demantra Planning
· Domain expertise in the manufacturing industry with a focus on planning and demand management will be an added advantage
· Proven track record of implementation, solution design and application architecture around Demantra planning and SCM
· Experience in top consulting organizations, Big 4 is a must.
· Should have handled solutions deployment in Hitech in the area of supply chain and demand management. Work with senior level architects to further define requirements and develop reference architectures in support of the requirements definition
· Attend customer workshops and meetings to further understand mission objectives and requirements
· Proven skills in selling, communication, business stakeholder management and business development
· Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
· Ability to work effectively with management.
· Excellent written (including Word, PowerPoint and Visio) and oral communication skills.
