Job Details:
1) Strong in Commercial and Retail Banking domain
2) Background in working with IT industry is very essential. Should be aware of SDLC concepts: requirements, design, function points, use case, WBS, ecommerce etc
3) Strong in communication and customer facing – should be able to talk to Business Leaders and Technology Leaders confidently
4) Goal focused and willing to travel at a short notice
5) Proactive. Should be scanning the market for trends and help create new service offerings for Syntel and train Syntel people as well on trends and offerings
6) Preferably pick people from Tire 1 IT consulting companies, which have similar businesses like Syntel – so that we don’t need to train people.
7) Work location should be Mumbai (preferable) or Pune
