Location: Associate Vice President – Power Plants & SEZ Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities Specific Accountabilities Skills Required
* Hand holding the Power Plant developers in planning, construction of power cluster
* Support during project planning & construction co-ordination of power plants including construction material procurement plan & costing estimate
* Planning the connectivity – road, rail etc for the power plants
* Planning activities for the coal handling from port to power plants
* Planning the sea water requirement, channel routing, sizing, intake, return etc
* Coordination with consultants to achieve the targeted objectives
* Coordination with Government agencies for various approvals
* Coordinating with port developers to provide required support while planning & execution of power plant development
* Planning & Implementation of SEZ Infrastructure in Coordination with Power Cluster Developers
* Finalization of Master Plan for the power cluster
* Finalization of connectivity & utility, sea water channel requirement as per the Master Plan
* Preparation of detailed Construction Plan in coordination with Power plant developers
* Quality of output from consultants
* Construction material procurement plan with alternatives
* Support during preparation of Business Plan
* Hands on experience in thermal power plant development / planning / construction / operation
* Good communication skills
* Team player with man management skills
* Presentation skills
* Analytical skills & problem solving
* Able to respond in timely fashion to project needs
Qualification :
* Civil Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate from reputed institutions
Experience :
* 15 to 20 Years
Reporting to :
* CEO-SEZ
Industry Specific :
