CPG/FMCG EXPERIENCE: 2-5 Years, Qualification: B.Tech. + MBA (Supply chain / operations)
1. CPG industry experience preferably with seasonal product company (Paints, ice-cream etc)
2. Experience in modeling seasonal products
3. Deep understanding of Supply Chain Design (Network, Inventory models) in CPG industry
4. Exposure to various types of Inventory replenishment policies
5. Knowledge of Statistical models
6. Understanding of implications of Supply Chain Design on Demand and Supply Planning processes
7. Supply chain performance management
8. Exposure to SAP-APO planning tool desired
