Client: Largest BPO, which provides business process outsourcing services in areas Finance & Accounting, Procurement, HR Services, Loyalty Services and Knowledge Services.

Position: Sr. Manager Procurement -  BPO Operations (Multiple Client Engagements)

Reporting to: Head of Procurement Operations & P2P Center of Excellence

Location: Chennai

T. Experience: 8-13 Years 96 months ( 8years) BPO experience in Procurement is mandatory.

KRAs:- Customer Service processes , Procurement & Order Management Processes, Supply Chain management, operation management, sales, pre sales, procurement practices, solutioning, Business transition & Client relationship management.

Work on multiple proposals, RFP's,solutions, due diligence, transitions predominantly across North America and Europe in different facets on Procurement and Supply Chain. Specializing in Contract Management and Master data Management Business Development - Procurement and Supply Chain Processes in the outsourcing space.

Primary responsibility
1.       Manage client engagement(s)
2.       Driving the teams to meet Service Levels and KPIs agreed with the client.
3.       Responsible for meeting P&L targets for the process(s) assigned.
4.       Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client
5.       Motivating team leads to design and implement process improvement measures.
6.       Training and mentoring team leads.
7.       Implementing best practices in the procurement account(s)
8. Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting the customer expectation while optimizing the cost.
9. Should work towards value add service to customer/s
10.    This position will also be involved in providing inputs to the pre-sales teams and also in transitioning & stabilizing new processes

Must Have:
1.       Knowledge about Supply Chain
2.       Management (especially Procurement)
3.       Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) – English
4.       Good Analytical Skills
5.       Knowledge of Risk and Control Mechanisms
6.       Good understanding of SAP / Oracle
7.       Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel)
8.       Must be able to train and mentor a team.
9.       Must have experience of managing procurement processes

IT  Skills:
SAP- MM Module, ME Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.

Qualification
Mechanical Engineer/MBA/Graduate.
Diploma in courses on Supply Chain Management from a reputed university.
CPM/ CPIM/ CIPS
