Qualifications/Experience:
a. Graduate/Post Graduate of any discipline b. Preferable if B.E./B.tech or any degree, with an MBA c. 4-6 years direct sales experience d. 1-2 years of people management/team leading experience e. preferred industry IT. Open to any other industry Role - Lead a sales team in the given region to meet sales KPI's -Define the Strategy to meet KPI's - Draw up Key activities necessary to fulfill business requirements - Identify concrete tasks under each activities that are needed to be executed in order to deliver results - define who has to perform what tasks within the team -Effectively align organizational objectives with team objectives and internalize KPI's with teams - Execute, execute , execute. nurture,reward & insist on effective execution of tasks -Implement a sound periodic review & measurement systems to ensure that the task are performed - Drive Motivation & commitment to accomplish tasks - Implement sound Business controls as defined by the organization - Implement effective communications within team - Identify capability & competency gap along with HR and Drive development of capabilities & competencies within team with HR. - Build a high performance culture and get every one organizational values within the team -. Increase business coverage in the accounts/territory provided/ segment/geo by getting your team to map/cover them effectively. -. Leverage complete product/service line or specific product/service line of organization into the account/territory assigned to increase pipeline -. Lead team to build a strong relationship with the customers and prospective customers -. Lead team to contribute and work with teams within the organization to meet client objectives. -. Take personal accountability and responsibility for all issues related to the transaction/account. -. Drive teams ability to create value for clients engaging with newwave. - Lead team for customer satisfaction - Ensure team satisfaction at all times. - Lead recruitments in close coordination with HR for your team - Take responsibility for Career planning of the members of the team. - Drive Rewards,recognition & Incentives for top talent by providing special challenges from time to time. Skills required - market insight/client insight - Leadership - ability to show the way for the team and influence and motivate members of the team towards the goal -.Strategy & execution - knows how to get things done and meet the objective - Problem solving and decision making - Review & reporting - People management - Talent & capability management - Coach team and lead on client engagement & account management/transaction management. - Ability to create a culture within team as desired by the management.
