AVP – Operations - Travel Transport & Hospitality Domain
Location: Mumbai
CTC: 20-25 LPA
Company - Leading BPO
Experience –
Minimum 10 years overall. Last few years the incumbent should have worked in the operations of all the 3 domains. If not, should definitely know the Travel Domain thoroughly. Should be experienced in the Operations.
Role:
- Heading entire process of Travel, Transport & Hospitality.
- Managing a team size of about 250 to 300 people and expected to grow. Directly managing 5 to 6 people.
- Handling Voice and Non Voice Processes.
- Reporting to Overall BPO Vertical head who takes care of delivery ops of over 15000 people.
- No shift timings but should be open to meetings at night once in a while according to client preference.
