Looking to fill the following leadership mandate for one of our prestigious client, offering various BPO Services in
different domains.

Experience: 12+ Years

Position: Head -Solution Design(Insurance)

Reports To – SBU Head

Location: Bangalore

Role Description
 - Build and develop the existing  Insurance business for BPO by developing innovative solutions, winning new clients and providing ground breaking
 - Review market and competitive intelligence for a Insurance, provide inputs and validates gap analysis to build competitive edge.
 - Strategize with BU / Practice Head and Sales in ITL and IBPO to define the service market strategy.
 - Evaluate market potential and internal capability and priorities solution opportunities to decide allocation effort and resources.
 - Review and provide critical inputs to the presentation/ thought paper (POV - point of view) developed by the SD Lead to ensure robustness of the solution.
 - Review and provide critical inputs on multiple solution approaches to the solutions team IN ORDER TO validate assumptions made in the business case.
 - Contribute with inputs/ earmark resources, identify investment needs to build robust solutions.
 - Reviews creation of collaterals to ensure correct positioning of service offerings.
 - Review and provide critical inputs to the SD Lead, presents the collaterals to the internal stakeholders such as sales, other SDI teams, Delivery teams etc. to create internal awareness.
 - Presents the collaterals to the external stakeholders at various forums such as events, workshops, webinars etc. to create external awareness.
 - Engages with the client, builds relationships and connects with key client stakeholders and guides the SD Lead to develop a customized solution.
 - Review and provide critical inputs for the creation of the customized solution and advices the client on the value proposition of various approaches to meet client objectives.
 - Reviews and guide the creation of the RFP response and provide inputs to the pricing committee to win the deals. Hold the responsibility of the bid win ratio
 - Define a strategy for the unit by focusing on different geographies and creating a strong deal pipeline through proactive opportunity identification
 - Focus on top line growth through project based and longer term engagements to build credentials in specific areas
 - Plans and Conducts client interactions such as solutioning sessions, workshops, client visits, pricing negotiations etc. to improve the chances of winning the deal.
 - Guides the SD Lead in creating the SOW (Statement of Work), Supports the MSA (Master Service Agreement) creation with the sales team and the BU head to define the contract terms.
 - Define and review Quality of training content and identification of training areas
 - Reviews Insurance specific training content and identify new training areas to help build internal capability.
 - Manage the team of people across different delivery locations globally
 - Conduct performance appraisals and ensures development of direct reports to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.


Desired Profile
 - More than 12 years of experience in Presales/Solution Design in Insurance processes
 - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a persuasive, comprehensible manner demonstrating an understanding of their needs
 - English: excellent communication skills
 - Experience with day-to-day management of business operations.
 - Statistical/analytical skills
 - A proven track record of successful deals


Qualifications
MBA from a Tire 1 Institute with at least 12 -14  years of post qualification Experience
