Foster rich relationships and account business understanding for a large number of assigned accounts (72000) Actively plan and build deep relationships with key decision makers and influencers within company and appropriate business units Provide value add to accounts through general problem solving and sharing of software and business best practices Understand, assess and build business plans around the account's business trends Increase Sell-To and Penetrate Revenue of New Offerings Translate customer objectives into Intuit product/solution needs from accounting to tax and tax to accounting Manage the entire sales process including identifying opportunities, consulting, determining a solutions fit, quoting, pricing and negotiating the deal, closing, renewing and completing orders, many times in one or two phone calls Orchestrate Intuit resources to meet account needs and maximize sales effectiveness Apply Business Excellence thinking and tools Understand how your work is being done and manage it to see problems Identify and solve problems so thy do not reoccur and share your discoveries with others Develop this capabilities in others Key Accountabilities Barriers/problems identified and resolved (i.e. process improvement) Achieve/exceed revenue objectives for assigned accounts Penetrate Revenue of New Offerings Account growth Increase account loyalty to Intuit
Qualifications:
Minimum of three to seven years of sales experience preferably in a telesales environment College degree or equivalent work experience desired Experience in tax, accounting and financial software highly desired Proven track record of experience meeting or exceeding quota in a highly consultative telesales environment Excellent written and verbal communication skilled required Self motivated and self managed person required
