Foster rich relationships and account business understanding for a large number of assigned accounts.
Actively plan and build deep relationships with key decision makers and influencers within company and appropriate business units
Provide value add to accounts through general problem solving and sharing of software and business best practices

Foster Rich Relationships and Account Business Understanding
* Actively plan and build deep relationships with key decision makers and influencers within company and appropriate business units.
* Provide value-add to accounts through general problem solving, and sharing of software and business best practices
* Understand, assess and build business plans around the account’s business objectives and strategies
* Maintain a generalist level of knowledge on competitive products and marketing trends
* Increase Sell-To and Penetration Revenue
* Translate customer objectives into Intuit product /solution needs from accounting to tax, and tax to accounting
* Manage the entire sales process including identifying opportunities, consulting, determining a solutions fit, quoting, pricing and negotiating the deal, closing, renewing and completing orders
* Orchestrate Intuit resources to meet account needs and maximize sales effectiveness
Further Develop and Identify Sell-Through Opportunities
* Actively champion sell-through as revenue increasing opportunity
* Align accounts, their clients and opportunities or business problems with potential solution fits and build business case and relevance for solution fit
* Apply Business Excellence thinking and tools
Understand how your work is being done and manage it to see problems
* Identify and solve problems so they do not reoccur and share your discoveries with others
Develop this capability in others

Key Accountabilities:
* Barriers / problems identified and resolved (i.e. process improvement
* Achieve/exceed revenue objectives for assigned accounts
* Penetration Revenue
* Sell through revenue
* Account growth
* Increase account loyalty to Intuit

Qualifications:

Minimum of three to seven years of experience in major account management.
College degree or equivalent work experience desired.
Experience in tax, accounting and financial software highly desired.
Proven track record of experience meeting or exceeding quota in a highly consultative sales environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skilled required.
Self motivated and self managed person required.
