Position Title: Consultant / Sr. Consultant Solution Design
1. Reports To: Solution Design Head 2. PURPOSE: To prepare RFP, RFI, to interact with client to provide customized solutions, transition coordination, process documentation, Metric determination 3. Domain Knowledge: - Industry & Business processes (Could be F&A, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking and Capital Markets, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Procurement) 4. Skills: Analytical Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership skills, Cross cultural skills, Presentation Skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Education & Relevant Experience: Post Graduates with atleast 6 -10 Years of experience. Business Understanding: Consultative, Problem Solving, Analytical, Relationship management, Communication, Influencing, Networking Articulate a PoV across multiple sub functions
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Responsibilities & Activities Description Engages with the client and understands the context in order to develop a customized solution Drives the creation of the RFP response as per the RFP Process defined in order to bid for the deal Creates solutions, customized to client context in order to conduct client interaction sessions Prepare collaterals such as solution presentations, case studies, etc. Creates collaterals for presentation to external and internal stakeholders such as analysts, sales, other SDI teams, Delivery teams Creates the customized solution in order to bring out a differentiated value proposition Gathers, synthesizes, analyses market competitive intelligence for a specific domain / market and provides inputs on gap analysis in order to contribute to a market intelligence and gap analysis report Gathers, synthesizes, analysPlease find 5B band role for Solution Design Consultant for Gurgaon and Bangalore role.
