I have an urgent mandate to cover Head Solution Design for Insurance vertical, This role is based in Bangalore. This role requires skills in mix bag of Solution Design [Presales, BId Management, RFP/RFI etc ] & Operations [Strong people manager].
This position reports to Global Head of Insurance & Banking & Capital Markets. Ideally looking for some one with 14-18 years of experience with Masters degree from Tier 1/2 Business Schools.
Strong people manager, BD and client management skills are required. This is highly critical role and require strong presales & bid management skills.
Should be open to work in flexible shift.
