POSITION: Engagement Manager (DGM)

LOCATION: Mumbai

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
1.       10 + years of overall experience with at least 5 Years plus in sales/revenue growth
2.       Must have directly front ended new and existing client engagements for at least 6-8 years in the recent past
3.       Extensive knowledge of solution based integrated IT and BPO sales/client engagement
4.       Preferably from BNFS domain
5.       Worked in US, European, Asian markets ( Indian exposure would be an added advantage)

ROLE:
1.       BPO Sales & Relationship leader
2.       Extensive prospect/client engagement experience  
3.       Competent in capturing top Level pains & crafting differentiated solutions
4.       Excellent at identifying, qualifying & closing on opportunities
5.       Competent in BFSI segment
6.       Track record of achieving market leadership/ Account share
7.       Knowledge of transitions will be an added advantage
