Role highlights & requirement but not limited to :
This critical role will help increase the mind-share and market-share of Firm’s software products by creating and executing marketing strategies. This dynamic person will define manage marketing and product launch programs for new products and major new feature launches and will move the right product messages through different channels.
Key responsibilities of the role may include:
1. Develop and execute product Branding, Marketing and Communications strategy 2. Participate in the product development process providing customer and market insights. Writes Market Requirements Document (MRD) 3. Define market-specific problem statements, theme-based release statements, scenarios and business cases. Help product team deliver against a unique and differentiated market position 4. Understand competitive landscape, customer segmentation and customer satisfaction drivers 5. Build canned demos, sales collaterals and channel training material Perform product demonstrations at trade shows, online seminars, and other events. Speak in webinars, industry conferences, write white papers 6. Provide pre-sales and marketing support on product sales. 7. Manage 3rd party relationships with technology partners and solutions providers 8. Define product-level and feature-level messaging platforms to be used by Firm’s Marketing and Senior Management teams 9. Identifies the right forums and platforms and works with PR, Corporate Marketing and Industry Analysts to help position Firm’s products against competition
Key Competencies and Characteristics:
* Has to quickly build and enrich relationships with peers across the Firm’s organization * Should have excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience in Product Marketing/Management of Consumer or Enterprise software products through multiple release cycles * Excellent track record of building and executing product marketing strategies * Extensive experience working closely with multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams * Should have worked with reputed organizations * Pro at MS Office
