Role highlights & requirement but not limited to :

This role will be a part of a high functioning, dynamic Product Management team, critical to the success of Wipro software products. He/she will be responsible for translating product strategy and market requirements into world class and uniquely differentiated products, working with customers, product development, internal clients and project teams.  

Key responsibilities of the role may include:

    * Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap and product schedule
    * Initiate and prioritize requirements; track product development; develop and own product release schedules.
    * Conduct user meets and surveys to aggregate and filter new functionality requirements and obtain feedback on product
    * Define and document business requirements in the form of detailed product requirements document (PRD)
    * Serve as the arbiter of quality, and decision-maker around trade-offs between features, resources, and time
    * Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, drive product development through close interaction with engineering and related teams, and coordinate with both customers and a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team to deploy product

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

          o Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder
          o Can quickly ramp up and work in cross-functional teams
          o Has to work closely and collaboratively with Product Marketing, Engineering and UI design folks
          o Understanding of latest web technologies
          o Excellent communication and presentation skills
          o Report writing skills, which can be presented to Senior Management, customers etc.
          o Capability to quickly develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of Wipro products
