We have a senior opening with one of our clients...a leading, very large and reputed infrastructure group.
Position: Vice President - Projects
Reporting to : COO -
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Candidate should be BE/ B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech in Civil
Engineering with a MBA with minimum of 20 years of experience in
construction especially in Hotel construction. Project Management or
any project with a high quality finish. Must have experience in
successful planning, execution and development of projects
Responsibilities:
Shall be accountable for Topline and Bottomline of projects.
Shall Monitor all contractual obligations and execute projects within time, cost & quality.
Conceptualize & finalize development plans.
Analyze the market and identify suitable Consultants and Sub-Consultants, Service Providers and shortlist the contractors for project implementation.
Master planning and design development
Develop cost budgets and funds flow requirements
Develop project specifications and bid documents
Institutionalizing the quality control system and Value Engineering
Monitoring project implementation
Anticipating and resolving problems and issues
Management of approvals from Local governments and statutory bodies
MIS and periodic reporting
Identifying internal sources as well as recruiting suitable personnel
Identifying and quantifying the risk associated with projects
