Job Code: 15914 Location: - The primary purpose of the Market Unit B1 lead is to consistently attain targeted revenue and profitability goals and set the vision & strategy for the B1 CSMs covering India.
- Allocation of the various sales resources in his team to territories in order to optimize geographical coverage
- Driving the development of a specific territory plan for each partner under his control to ensure B1 revenue growth in all revenue streams ( licence + Maintenance) in a most profitable manner.
- Formulate objectives, performance standards & priorities for members of his Sales team
- Partner business planning with his team in India ( Pipeline Build with VAD/ Partners through demand generation activities, A/R management , Forecast accuracy, APM)
- Sales Management
- Sales Support in selected complex opportunities/customer situations
- Raise issues within the organization that requires senior management attention
- Manage partner escalations in a proactive and professional manner in order to maintain satisfaction levels and to secure future business
