Our client is a start-up investment management company focused on providing risk-optimized returns in Indian markets. The company builds quant-based alternative investment products which are optimized for risk and return and two products have already been launched.
Our client is also registered as a broker and PMS provider and has a fully automated trading system that is capable of analyzing real time granular market data and produce thousands of trades with very low latency. In brief, our client is the combination of finance, analytics and computer science
They need an IT Operations Head at Gurgaon as per JD below.
Position : IT Operations Head
Location : Gurgaon
Education : Engg/ MBA ( IT ) from a good Institute
Experience : 7 - 10 Years
Compensation : Would match the best in the industry
Candidate & Job Requirements :
1. Candidate should have exceptional technical skills to manage IT infrastructure and Ops Team
2. Exposure to IT infrastructure as applicable to financial services would be ideal
3. Knowledge of IT Security aspects is essential
4. Good knowledge of state-of-art software and hardware technologies
5. Good at deploying technology to financial services IT environment
6. Good communication and presentation skills to present company's IT infrastructure to foreign investors
7. Capable of dealing and negotiating with software and hardware vendors
8. Knowledge of security trading infrastructure would be an added plus
