Location: Function - Supply Planning

Position - Operational Performance Manager

Purpose: To manage the Supply Chain Planning operational performance and act as an interface between Planning and Procurement functions.

Key accountabilities for the role are:

- Key Interface between Planning & Procurement
- Liaison with Procurement and ensure complete compliance with RM Plans
- Handle Planning of finished goods imports
- Manage supply chain ; business analysis support
- Set-in new ways of working in the Planning organization
- Monthly Supply Review preparation
- Liaison with all functions on Monthly Supply Review requirements and also with the Aspac regional planning team
- Prepare and analyze the weekly Demand Control process data
- KPI analysis & reporting

Skills
Significant understanding/ awareness of supply chain management function

Must be able to work well under pressure and manage conflict effectively

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, team working and influencing skills

Strong communication & presentation skills

Project management skill preferred

Computer literacy and numeric skills
