Position Title: Assistant Manager – mCommerce
Grade: M5/M6
Reports to: M3 - Senior Manager, VAS
Function/BU: VAS – NPD
Job Purpose:
The resource will be handling management of existing m-commerce initiatives from product perspective & help in roll out of new m-commerce services
Responsibilities
Liaising with multiple teams – Technology, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Customer care, etc for new product rollout
Working closely with internal technology & IT team and external vendors for new product integration, Quality Assurance etc
MIS: Tracking the uptake trends on launched products and analysis for increasing uptake.
Complaint management, facilitating resolution of any new product/technical issues, product enhancements
Competition scanning & market analysis for new VAS products and emerging spaces, preparing business cases for newer services etc
Eligibility criteria
Education: Management graduate
Essential: At least 1-2 yrs experience in m-commerce out of overall 3-4 years experience
