Job Requirements -
Generally for this role a person should have capital market background and currently working for IT consulting companies.
Person would be heading the center of excellence team
Ø Capital Market vertical solutioning.
Ø This is a non delivery position.
Ø The person works closely with the sales team and does solutioning for Capital Market vertical.
Ø Business domain competency in Capital Market vertical
Ø Domain expertise in Business processes for all Capital Market processes like New Business, Policy Servicing, Claims and Agency Management
Ø New Business Support, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, IT Package Development etc.
Ø Providing solution concept for Capital Market.
Ø Requirements gathering and domain consulting
Ø New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Accounting, IT, Distribution Management, Payroll, etc.
Ø Setting up and Management of a dedicated pool of Business Analysts in Capital Market Domain
Ø Building the Domain capability in the team to support specific engagements through a structured competency assessment and development framework
