Location: We have few openings with BOSCH India for 2009 and 2010 batch .Please go through the following points before applying.
1. Open only for candidates having engineering background
2. Only candidate from top 15 B schools apply
3. Open for Marketing and Operations stream
4. Should have Min 12 months to Max 36 months exp (no relaxation) in Automative ,Manufacturing,Industrial sales ,Engineering sector esp from companies like TATA Motors ,Mahindra ,Maruti,Essar, eicher etc .
5. People having exp in IT or consulting space please don’t apply
6. Should have min 60% throughout.
7. CTC 7-9 lacs depends on the candidate profile

We are looking for suitable candidates for Business Leadership Program @ BOSCH At the end of the program will be posted as Deputy Manager with one of the group companies. Business leadership Program structure spans across 18-24 months . Business leadership Program candidate performs as expected, he/she can become a Department Head within 6-8 years which usually takes comparatively long time
Business Leadership Program
The following induction design is followed for the 18 months program:
1. STAGE 1 6 month on the job training which helps in familiarization in key fuctional area.Familiarization with corporate structure and processes
2. STAGE2 Next 6 months cross divisional and or cross locational where the person get opportunity to work with different verticals of the company
3 . STAGE3 Stage Abroad Stage abroad in master plant/corporate headquarters
The detail design of this exclusive programme enables young managers to professionally advance in meticulously planned way.The focus on the four cross functional /location(domestic/international) stations and the mentoring programs helps mold these young managers to be tomorrows Global corporate leaders.
Candidate profile
· Good academic performance and proven leadership quality
· For Sales marketing opening and Operations openings candidate should be BE/BTECH
· There shouldn’t be any location constraint
CTC 7-9 lacs depends on the candidate profile and exp level.Please dont apply if you expect anything more .There will be no negotiation on salary at later stage
