Job Description :
* Responsible for entire operation of the plant.
* Responsible for budgeting and business plan.
* Process improvement, value engineering, quality and operations.
* New project establishment in co-ordination with process engineering department.
* Formulating short term / long term budgets & developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.
* Liaising with various authorities for obtaining various approvals & clearances for seamless plant operations.
* Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.
Desired Profile :
* BE, B.Tech fulltime in Mechanical with 12 to 16 yrs of experience in operations.
* Should be strong in process improvement, operations, quality and man power planning.
* Should have experience in green field projects and turnaround projects.
* Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill.
