Location: Project Manager/Business Analyst needed Tier 1 investment bank in Hong Kong
The candidate will:
• Liaise with trading desk and other mainline functions (market risk, compliance, operations)
• Have business knowledge of the Equities business, listed Futures and Options products, trade flows, compliance, risk and control framework
• Liaise with IT to establish appropriate development (application, process, etc.)
• Translate strategic and local business requirements into functional specifications.
• Manage project planning, execution, quality and status tracking
Possesses the following qualities:
• Drive / self-motivation / ability to kick things off independently
• Have equities product knowledge (knowledge on listed Futures and Options is an advantage)
• Has experience in business analysis and project management of equities trading systems in a investment bank
• Has good technical understanding of the exchange trading technologies, market data and FIX protocol. A background of IT development is highly preferred
• Has sound problem solving and analytical skills, comfortable working in the fast paced and trading environment
• Has a proven track record of building and maintaining working relationship with business users and internal teams
• Have 4-6 years of relevant working experience with minimum 2 years project management experience
