Exp in portal content management primarily…Managing 500 people practice…in portal content management space…Will be managing testing for portal content management search and security apps ….he will have a team of practice leaders in this space

· Information Management – Expert in the end-to-end Information management footprint - Content Management and Collaboration, Enterprise Search, Portals, knowledge management.
· Innovation - Focus on solutions around newer concepts
· Product knowledge - Content Management products like Interwoven, Documentum, Livelink, Vignette, Search products like Endeca, Autonomy

· Sales/pre-sales – Expert in creating value proposition for customer and technology based selling.
· Practice growth – Experienced in providing strategy, go-to-market approach.
· Delivery - Project/Program Management
