Purpose:
•    Logistics Manager is a key part of Nokia’s Local Sales Unit structure including its local management team and is a member of the Sales Unit Customer Logistics Management team reporting to Sales Unit Logistics Director and dotted line to Local Sales Unit Head.
•    This individual is responsible for leading the Local Sales Unit's customer demand fulfillment, demand and availability management and logistics management with a team of supply chain professionals within a geographically defined Local Sales Unit. He/she has the overall responsibility of ensuring logistics performance and customer satisfaction.

Key tasks:
•    Manages a team of operational supply chain professionals in a country or group of countries (team size 1 – 10). Sets targets, coach, and develops team members to deliver best logistics performance and customer satisfaction. Acts as a role model for Nokia Values.
•    Is responsible for the operational performance of demand fulfillment activities including order management, invoicing, order fulfillment and delivery of goods.
•    Is responsible for local demand availability management activities including providing supply visibility to demand – and sales planning processes, balancing and optimizing demand and availability between accounts and ensuring allocation execution according to sales guidance.
•    Depending on the market, the responsibility can include collaborative planning with key accounts and/or inventory management and holding of finished goods
•    Actively manages Logistics service provider relationship: deliveries on time, with good quality with agreed lead times. Contributes to outbound logistics development activities.
•    Manages the costs and STP budget in his / her area of geographical responsibility.
•    Stabilizes, harmonizes, and improves existing processes on local level while adhering to global process guidelines and designs. Participates in process design work as and when required. Contributes local requirements to regional and global initiatives
•    Actively participates to Local Sales Unit management team work and to Sales Unit Customer Logistics management team. Represents Customer Logistics organization externally and towards other functions.
•    Ensures that customer requirements are evaluated, prioritized and optimal logistics solutions are developed and deployed within his/her responsibility area
