Overview of the Role
The incumbent is responsible to understand business related technical and system environments, liaise with the APIS teams and deliver a scalable and high performance IT solution for R&D, Engineering and Knowledge Services functions for the sites based in Hyderabad.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide technical leadership and guidance at the site for an integrated and secured IT environment.
* Responsible for IT infrastructure management including computers, applications and telecommunications.
* Responsible for DISO , SOX IT Compliance and Intellectual Property Protection as relates with Engineering and Capital Projects
* Manage IT Alliance (CSC, Accenture) service performance, in accordance with the requirement from Engineering / R&D / services center and Project Program Office.
* Coordination with Global teams for the application support through the alliances and the support service performances
* Work with global and regional Engineering R&D / Services Center , APIS team for best practices , decision and implementation
* Responsible for IT projects implementation and planning in accordance with the growth of the businesses , align with Operations IT and Engineering IT Direction and Strategy
* Provide consultative , architectural and project leadership as required / requested (Intellectual Property Protection (globally)
* Work with AP regional IS to define the architecture requirement , and Country IS for leveraged IT infrastructure
* Develop detailed business and data requirements , including the ability to measure , track and improve performance for Engineering / R&D / services Center IT solutions
* Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized IT related presentations to stakeholders based on business/technology requirements.
* Resolve and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
Educational Qualification & Years of Experience:
* Graduate in Computer Science/Engineering.
* 12-18 years experience in Information Technology with at least 5 years managerial experience.
* Experience in Applications development / Project management is a must

Additional Information
Incumbents with expertise/exposure in understanding Business Processes, Application Development, Six Sigma Certification would be preferred.
The candidate should be ready to relocate to Gurgaon or any other office location of DuPont after 1 – 2 years
