One of our client companies (Leading BPO) is looking out for Pre Sales Managers / Sr. Managers in Mumbai & Bangalore
Salary Manager - 8 Lacs per annum to 15 Lacs per annum Sr. Manager - Upto 22 Lacs per annum
Experience (Minimum 3 years in Presales & BD) Manager - 7.5 years and above Sr. Manager - 9 years and above
For Mumbai - Expertise in either of the following - Pharma, Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Retail, HRO, F&A
For Bangalore - Experience in providing solutions around Hitech customers business operations ( for companies like , software manufacturers, electronics and semiconductors manufacturers)
Location Mumbai - Vikhroli Bangalore
Shift timings Generic shifts - Flexible desired. Otherwise it would be from 10:30 to 7:30. Calls etc and in which geography determine work timings otherwise.
Reporting Structure For Mumbai - Pre sales heads of each vertical For Bangalore - AVP of the vertical
Job Description • Understand & Evangelize the Business Process Outsourcing & Potential of Company Offerings o Identify and build new offering slivers within the focus area o Work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services o Identify and qualify potential leads - business opportunities and customer needs
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support o Work with onsite sales teams to manage & contribute to responses to customer requests for information, proposals et al o Provide presentations; conduct research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities. o Work with other Company service & industry practices to provide comprehensive & innovative solution meeting and exceeding customer expectations o Participate in customer visits & Offer solutions
• Identify & develop alternate streams of revenue generations o Work on creating alliances & partnership o Work with industry analysts to position company as a vendor of choice.
• Manage the customer engagement cycle from lead to operations o Participate in onsite due diligence & contribute to transition planning o Contribute to solution definition
• Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository. • Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors’ activities and develop and maintains effective business relationships in the industry.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERION Qualifications: • Mandatory : Post Bachelor’s diploma in Relevant skills or Other professional qualifications (CA, CFA et al) • Nice to Have : Masters in Management or Business Administration
Soft Skills : • Mandatory : Excellent written and oral communication skills • Mandatory : The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while producing consistent quality results on time • Mandatory : Must be a self-starter who can work effectively under minimal supervision.
Experience: • Mandatory : At least 3 years of experience in business development and/or customer relationship management. The business development experience should center around solution creation / customer presentations and not on cold calling. • Mandatory : Experience in managing operations with teams of 50 or greater. • Nice to Have : Experience in transitioning processes. • Nice to Have : Exposure to functional roles (non BPO)
