Position : Manager/Sr. Manager Logistics
Organization : Client of Tecnova India
Educational background: Masters Degree in Management would be an added advantage.
Experience : 7-10 yrs
Job Contents:
1. Responsible for managing warehouses;
2. To manage inventory control and timing as per new roll-out schedule;
3. Developing the logistics network for facilitating the cost effective and seamless movement of spares from warehouses to customers & inter branch transfers;
4. Managing import shipments & customs clearance for proactive logistics planning;
5. Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods; coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
6. Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
7. Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
8. Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
9. Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions;
Experience & Skill Set
Experience in handling imports;
Warehouse Management;
Experience of Inland Transport;
Experience of 3 PL/Third Party Logistics;
