Our client is a US based software start-up with development centre at Chennai. They offer software products and services to SMB markets in US/ UK/ Canada. They need a LOCAL BDM as per requirements below.
 

Skills & Requirements:

 

1. Candidate should be an MBA from Tier 2/ Tier 3 Institutes with 2-3 years of Sales & BD experience

 

2. Must be exposed to SMB markets in US/ UK/ Canada

 

3. Should be able to handle all Presales & Sales activity including direct selling

 

4. Must be a hands-on person familiar with start-up constraints and capable of generating, following-up and closing leads

 

5. Should be capable of connecting at C levels and well-versed in client acquisition and subsequent servicing

 

6. Must be capable of handling product demos

 

7. Should be an entrepreneur and capable of handling Operations and Channel management independently

 

8. Must be able to motivate and manage a Sales team to achieve business targets
