Would also be responsible to drive improvement on operational parameters related to Partner Management. Will focus on making Partner Management grow multifold and position it as a differentiator such that it becomes a Value Proposition for our customers. Some of the key driving metrics will be New Sales Target through Partners, Account?s SLA outsourced to Partners, Rookiee intake from Partners, Improvement in cost of deli very.attrition for Partner resources.etc
Roles & Responsiblities You would be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities through Partners and converting the same to business deals. Would work very closely with Wipro Sales team, Practice team and Partner?s Sales force in identifying and addressing Managed IT opportunities in the region. Use reach, incumbency and relationship strength of Partners, primaraly in SMB segments to increase our Sales funnel Design and Implement a strategic framework for outsourcing the SLAs to Partners. Work closely with Service delivery team in identifying opportunities for outsourcing SLAs to Partners. Identify high c ost resources and replace them with low cost Partners Rookiees. Help implement training plan and utilize Partners as a source of Rookiees or Low cost resource. Should implement differential Hiring Pro cess to address the demands of resources requirements in MIT business. You would also be responsible for optimizing the Cost of Delivery & there by improving the Gross Margins of the account in you r regions. You would be responsible for Partner Performance, Partner evaluation & Incentivisation, Partner Compliances. Would be responsible for Partner resource?s Career framework, Appraisal Framework, Retention, Policy, Claims, and Salary Norms etc. Would reach out to resources on the sites and be taking Employee Engagement for Partner Resource to the Next Level.
